We went through every poetic word we could think of, every synonym for food, flavor, even flame. But nothing felt quite right.
Food to us, is always connected to stories. It’s not just about where a dish comes from, but how it was made, who it was made for, and the moments it helped create.
With every meal we cook for you, there’s a little bit of our own story folded into it
Our Katha
At the heart of Katha is a very simple idea, that food can be a way to pause, to connect, and to feel something a little deeper than just full.
We’ve always believed that some of the best conversations happen over a plate of food; whether it’s with someone you love, someone you're still getting to know, or even sometimes to know yourself a little better.
Katha is a small tribute to the kind of meals that stay with you for their flavor, yes, but also for the feeling they leave behind.
